Location: Ahwatukee Post Acute
Position: Part-time Receptionist
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Weekdays (As Needed)

What You'll Do :

• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Manage and direct inquiries, including handling scheduling and general office tasks.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it's organized and welcoming at all times.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and coordinating appointments.
